- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been a patient of Dr. Burliss for the past 15 years and have received nothing less than the best care. In regard to Periodontal surgery, I've had the traditional surgery and within the last year, l underwent LANAP surgery. There is absolutely no comparison between the two. There is almost no pain associated with LANAP. It is so much easier, almost painless, and there is practically no recovery time involved. I would absolutely recommend it and should I require further surgery in the future I would not even consider going back to traditional gum surgery after having tried LANAP.September 25, 2017by suzanne marsden
